Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made over the phone by calling 07896843657  during normal office hours of 9am to 8pm. Cancellations cannot be taken by voicemail, text, email or any other methods. The following charges will apply to all bookings where cancelled by the customer:

All bookings fees are Non-refundable. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason then please let us know as soon as possible so that we can work with you to reschedule you in for a new date subject to availability. If booking is cancelled within 2 weeks before the date of the party then they date becomes non-exchangeable and will not be re-scheduled nor credit note issued.  ​ If full payment has been made and cancellation occurs then you will be issued with a credit note which must be used within 12 months of the original booking date or it will be lost.

Pricing Policy

Roly Poly Entertainment hold the right to change any pricing on their website either up or down at any given time. The price you pay is always confirmed in an email/message from us and you will always pay what we quote to you directly in our correspondence so if our pricing does for example go up after we have confirmed a price with you in an email/message then you will stay pay what was quoted to you provided that your booking fee is paid within 1 week of that quote.

Illness Policy

Roly Poly Entertainment understands that "life" happens, especially with little Birthday boys and girls. If he or she becomes ill and the party must be cancelled then we will work with you to find an alternative date, based on availability and this may be subject to an extra charge. Please provide adequate time to notice of an illness if possible.

Entertainer Policy

If you have a specific request for a certain entertainer then please ask and we will do our best to accommodate this for you but to do availability we cannot guarantee your party will be hosted by any specific entertainer. However we can guarantee a good entertainer provider.

Behaviour/Problems Policy

You as the hostess/host or the child's parent are responsible for any behaviour problems or issues during the event. Our Entertainers will not assume any responsibility for providing any disciplinary action during a party. 

 

Photo Policy

Please note that we sometimes take photos at parties and that these party photos may be used to show a character experience on our website and social media. If you do not want photos placed on our website or social media, you will need to let the entertainment team know in advance. These will only be used to promote and show potential customers a true representation of what they can expect when booking with us.

Accident or Damage Policy

Our entertainers are not liable for any damages or injuries that occur at any particular party or event.

Safety Policy

Our preformers have the right to walk out and leave if at any point they feel threatened, harrased or unsafe.
